Treatment planning guide
Build a clear aligner enquiry journey
Distinguish the brand from the clinical service
Confirm whether the practice offers Invisalign, another clear-aligner system, fixed orthodontics or a combination. Brand-specific wording should reflect the service actually available. A general orthodontic assessment page may be useful alongside a genuinely distinct aligner page; interchangeable pages with only the brand changed add little value.
- Identify the clinician and assessment location.
- Explain the consultation process and fee basis.
- Use brand credentials only when current and verifiable.
Make commitment questions easy to find
People considering aligners often want to understand appointments, costs, follow-up and what happens after an assessment. Ask the dental team to approve the information that can be published. Keep individual suitability, duration and clinical recommendations for assessment. A voice-style answer should resolve one practical question first, then link to the fuller service explanation.
- Explain what is included in a quoted fee and what may be separate.
- Describe the actual review and aftercare arrangements.
- Avoid universal treatment-time or outcome promises.
Measure assessments before celebrating lead volume
A promotional form can generate interest without an attended assessment. Compare valid new enquiries, booked assessments, attendance and accepted plans using the same enquiry cohort. Record existing-patient questions separately so an increase in administrative messages is not presented as new-patient acquisition.
- Keep a clear enquiry owner and response deadline.
- Record the service requested without sending health details to analytics.
- Use verified assessment outcomes to decide which page or campaign needs improvement.
