Cookies and browser storage

You control optional website analytics and advertising measurement. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice.

Essential storage

The cg-cookie-preferences-v3 local-storage record stores your analytics and marketing choices, the version of the notice and the time you saved them. It contains no name or contact details and expires for consent purposes after 180 days.

The clinicgrower.form-completion session-storage record identifies a recent accepted form request using an opaque identifier, source and time. It allows the confirmation page to display the appropriate message. It expires after 30 minutes and is removed when the confirmation is read. Your form message is not stored in that record.

Optional analytics and advertising

Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager load after you allow analytics. Advertising measurement additionally requires the marketing choice; Google consent signals communicate these separate choices.

With analytics consent, Microsoft Clarity provides click and scroll heatmaps and masked session replays so we can find difficult navigation and form journeys. The recording script is not loaded before that choice. Page text is masked, including enquiry fields, and we do not send names, email addresses, telephone numbers or form messages as custom tracking parameters. Clarity still receives technical and interaction data, such as page URLs, browser details and clicks. Advertising storage consent is denied for Clarity.

Clarity uses _clck and _clsk cookies to connect consented visits and page views. You can withdraw permission through Cookie settings. Microsoft explains its processing at https://privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement and https://clarity.microsoft.com/privacy/.

The private review version does not load optional measurement tags. The separate custom ClinicGrower tracking collector is disabled. We do not treat continued browsing, scrolling or closing a page as consent.

Google services may use cookies with names beginning _ga or _gcl when the corresponding purpose is enabled. Their exact names and lifetimes depend on the deployed tag configuration. They are governed by the selected service’s settings and your browser controls.

Videos and external links

Vimeo players load when you press Play. A local poster image is shown beforehand. The player uses Vimeo’s do-not-track parameter, but playing still connects to Vimeo and shares technical information such as your IP address. Vimeo’s own privacy information explains its processing.

Opening an external site, telephone, email or messaging link takes you to that service. Its privacy and storage practices apply there.

Change or withdraw your choice

Choose Reject optional, Accept all or Choose settings on the notice. You can reopen it at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. Analytics and marketing can be selected separately.

Withdrawing a previously enabled purpose reloads the page to stop already-loaded optional scripts. Existing third-party cookies may remain in your browser until they expire or you remove them through browser settings; withdrawn purposes are not loaded again by this website.

If browser storage is blocked, a choice can be used for the current page session, but the website may need to ask again on a later visit.
