Treatment planning guide
Plan implant enquiries around the assessment decision
Separate single-tooth and full-arch intent
A person replacing one missing tooth and someone researching a full-arch restoration may need different information. Use separate sections, or separate pages when the practice has enough distinct information, about the actual assessment, clinician, treatment stages and fee basis. Do not multiply near-identical pages for every wording of the same search.
- Record which implant services the practice actually provides and where.
- Explain what the initial consultation includes and which charges are separate.
- Route full-arch questions to the team responsible for those assessments.
Answer the questions reception can verify
Useful search and spoken questions include: Who carries out the assessment? Do I need a referral? What information should I bring? How are treatment options and costs explained? Publish the practice's answers in ordinary language. Clinical suitability, imaging needs and treatment planning must be confirmed by the dental team, not a marketing form.
- Use current practitioner details and relevant register links.
- Describe the next administrative step without guaranteeing treatment.
- Have the practice approve any finance information and clinical claims.
Use a cohort that allows for the decision period
Illustrative example, not a client result: 30 valid implant enquiries produce 12 booked assessments, of which nine are attended by the review date. Report 40% enquiry-to-booking and 75% booked-to-attended for that same cohort. Record pending outcomes separately. Neither figure establishes how many people accepted treatment or the revenue received.
- Keep enquiry, booking, attendance and treatment acceptance as separate stages.
- Agree the observation period with the practice.
- Compare single-tooth and full-arch demand only when each group is large enough to interpret.
