Clinic growth preparation

Let’s talk about what
matters to your clinic.

A little preparation can help us understand your priorities. Use what you already know about your clinic, leave room for the questions you have and keep patient information in your clinic systems.

Use the preparation checklist

For clinic owners and practice managers. No accounts, uploads or patient records needed.

Before the conversation

A few things to help us understand your clinic.

Use these prompts to make a few private notes. It is fine if you do not have every answer yet. Simply note what you know and what you would like help understanding.

01

Your priority and capacity

Which treatment or service needs attention? Note the location and the consultation capacity your team can realistically support.

Private note: the priority you want to discuss and who can confirm availability.

02

Your public presence

Have your website address and public Google Business Profile link ready. Choose the treatment pages or locations you would like us to consider.

Private note: relevant public links and any information that needs correcting.

03

How enquiries are handled

Who responds to calls, forms and messages? Describe the actual next step and where follow-up can become unclear.

Private note: the responsible team member and the current process. Leave out patient examples or identifiers.

04

What your figures can tell us

If you already review marketing figures, note their reporting dates and what each number measures. Keep platform actions, distinct enquiries and booked consultations separate.

Private note: known reports, their owner and any missing information. No report exports are needed for the free audit.

05

The people and support already in place

List current marketing activity, the systems your clinic uses and who can approve clinical wording, access and the agreed work. Consider management fees, advertising spend and provider costs separately.

Private note: priorities, existing commitments and the people who need to be involved.

Keep the preparation in your clinic.

Do not send patient names, clinical histories, screenshots of patient records, passwords or account exports with an initial enquiry.

The free audit uses public information. A deeper connected review needs a separately agreed scope and authorised access.

Your next step

Start with the question you need answered.

Want an external view?

The free Clinic Growth Audit reviews your public presence and enquiry journey. It provides observations and a recommended next step.

Already comparing support?

Review the current options, inclusions and separate costs before discussing a written scope.

Compare support and current pricing

Your written proposal confirms the work and terms. Marketing cannot guarantee enquiries, bookings or revenue.

Common preparation questions.

Do I need access to private accounts for the free audit?

No. The free audit looks at public information, such as your website and local presence. There is no need to share logins or private reports. If a deeper review would help, its scope and access are agreed separately.

What if I do not know my enquiry or booking numbers?

That is fine. Start with what your team currently records and any questions you have. Keep clicks, enquiries and booked consultations separate, and leave anything you cannot confirm as unknown.

Does this checklist sign us up to a programme?

No. This guide helps you prepare for a conversation. You can start with the free external audit, or compare the current support options. Any paid work and its terms are agreed separately in writing.
