Describe the service behind the promise
A broad term such as wellbeing can mean very different things to different visitors. We start with the consultation, professional role, location and process that the clinic can explain accurately. Each service page should help someone understand what they are enquiring about.
Content is built around useful questions, not an expanding list of health claims. Your team approves statements about clinical benefits, eligibility and suitability. Where evidence does not establish a promised outcome, the marketing should not imply one.
Connect local discovery with credible information
We review business details, location information, practitioner profiles and service descriptions together. Consistency helps visitors identify the same provider across search results and the website. A real local service needs practical access information, not just a town name in a title.
Related articles should lead to the appropriate service when that is useful to the reader. Broad educational traffic is separated from searches that show interest in the clinic’s actual consultations.
Define what a useful enquiry means
The clinic and marketing team should agree which enquiries fit the service before interpreting a conversion total. We distinguish web interactions from successful contact and consultation outcomes where records support the connection.
Packages, returning visits and new-patient acquisition may need separate reporting. The review period should be consistent, and unresolved enquiries should remain visible. A wellness campaign report does not establish a clinical benefit or improved health outcome.
What the SEO work can include
We begin with the current site and available search evidence: crawl access, indexation, canonical URLs, internal links, useful content and the pages receiving relevant impressions. The agreed plan then identifies the fixes, content improvements and local-search work that fit your clinic. A full website rebuild is not an automatic requirement.
The proposal sets out priorities, responsibilities, access and the review period. Your team approves clinical content and provides accurate service facts. We explain what has changed and what the data can establish before recommending the next stage.
AI answers and voice search
Clear answers about the purpose of a consultation, the professional providing it and the booking process are more useful than broad promises of transformation. We support those answers with specific service information and credible references. AI inclusion can be observed, but it cannot be guaranteed.
Evidence you can inspect
The related example below explains the measurement and enquiry journey. It is not evidence of an organic SEO uplift for this service.
The Knightsbridge aesthetics and wellness project included paid-search restructuring, SEO, content and improvements to the website enquiry journey. Its selected 7 February–7 May 2026 Google Ads report recorded 169 treatment-form conversions.
Reviewed 8 September. This is a combined aesthetics and wellness example, not a measured result for every wellness service. The report does not establish unique patients, confirmed consultations, treatment revenue or health outcomes.
Choose a clear starting point
Start with a free external growth audit of your public website, search presence and visible enquiry journey. Where a deeper review requires connected evidence, we agree that scope separately. Programme fees, advertising spend, website projects and any additional locations should be clear before work starts.
Compare programme scope and pricing, explore our wider sector support, or use the practical patient-acquisition guide to prepare for the conversation.

Before you choose
Your questions, answered.
Can SEO help a clinic with several wellness programmes?
Yes, once the programmes and their intended audiences are clearly defined. We map each useful search intent to a relevant page, check for overlapping content and prioritise the programmes the clinic has capacity to deliver. Unsupported health promises are not part of the strategy.
How long does SEO take to show a useful result?
The starting position, competition, changes required and search-engine processing all affect timing. We agree milestones for implementation and review matched reporting periods. Publication or an indexing request is not proof of improved rankings, and no fixed position or deadline is guaranteed.
Will this include Google Ads?
SEO and paid advertising are different workstreams. They can be planned together, but the proposal must identify which services are included. Advertising spend is separate from agency fees. We recommend the combination from your priorities and evidence.
How will we know whether it is working?
Review relevant non-brand and brand queries, priority pages, enquiries and clinic-recorded appointment outcomes where available. Keep geography, device and reporting periods comparable. Search positions, AI impressions and citations are useful observations, but they are not patient or revenue totals.
